I don’t remember how old I was when I got my Betsy doll for Christmas. I have her original pink dress, plus a couple of dresses that I wore when I was her size. A red cotton dress my maternal grandmother made me and a light blue dress that my mother made me. I felt she needed something more festive for Christmas, so I went shopping and found this velvet and taffeta dress. She wears a size 2T.
I have a few more pieces of sashing and corner stones to make then I can start assembling the quilt.
