26 Blocks up on the wall. The last 3 were released together so I knocked them out quickly while I was on a roll.
X is for XQuisit
Y is for Yankee Puzzle
Z is for ZigZag
Now the goal is to find something to tie all of these shirting and muslin blocks together. Just when I think I have it figured out I decide that perhaps it’s not the best option and go off in another direction. I suspect these blocks are going to have to age a bit before they become a top.
Hop over to Patchwork Times to see what other are working on.
YEA!!! you got to the end of the Alphabet! My blocks wil all be set on point with the Pennsylvania Lotto Blocks I WON. I designed a different block for my “Z” block for my guild later this year. We had a few months where we didn’t do a Lotto. I want to have a whole quilt made from the block so I can show it when I present the final one. You might see it in April. 26 Bocks is a hard number to set in a straght setting.
Love the blocks. I see something in barn red/hunter green/ navy for the sashing. A dark just seems to fit.
Nice job on getting the whole alphabet done. Grey might be the color to bring these together. They are really nice the way you have them placed.
